A second generation Dairy Farmer, Dudley was pursued by Webster's Real Estate back in 1995 to join their sales team due to his experience in the rural sector and local area knowledge. After two successful years as a Sales Consultant, Dudley and another co-worker ventured out on their own and formed Emu Bay Real Estate. Dudley is very well respected in the local community due to his honest and fresh approach to real estate.
